NEW CHECK IN PROCESS

We are TESTING OUT a new system to hopefully make checking your kids in to the Kids Center & Toddler Town a lot faster and easier!

But.. we need you to do a few things for us.
Feel free to watch THIS VIDEO OR just keep scrolling and read the directions.

1) FILL OUT THE FORM:
– Please fill out the link below with as much information as possible
– THIS SYSTEM CHECKS KIDS INTO AREAS BASED ON THEIR AGE & GRADE.
So that information being correct is vital.
– This will make sure that everyone in your household has correct information and you are all paired correctly.
– After you enter your information, you can hit “Add Adult” and/or “Add Child” to put in all the information for your family.
– Once you fill it out be sure to verify the information through an email you will receive.

 2) DOWNLOAD THE APP:
– Download the “Church Center” App from your respective app store.
– Follow the prompts and select our church “Trinity Baptist Church” with our logo:

– Type in your cell phone number and it will log you into your account
– On Sunday morning, you should be able to “Pre-Check” your child into Toddler Town and then scan the QR code on your phone at the check in station to print out the labels.
– BOOM! You’re checked in.
– You’re “Check Out Sticker” is even on your phone as well.
**REMEMBER, that as we have grown.. not everyone knows everybody! So be sure to show that check out sticker to the volunteer in your child’s room to help give them the peace of mind that they are giving your child to the right person!
